This $6.6 million, 28,175-square-foot community facility renovation supports the expansion of the Boys & Girls Club of Newark, funding interior and exterior improvements including new multi-purpose rooms, a Vision and Dental Center, and a STEM classroom to enhance youth services. Monge Capital supported the capital stack through New Markets Tax Credit financing, helping expand programming capacity and increase average daily attendance from 500 to over 1,000 youth.
