Carmen Schools of Science and Technology, Inc. is developing a $61.4 million, 120,000 square foot educational facility in Milwaukee, WI. The new campus will include classrooms, a gymnasium, a STEAM lab, and an on site athletic field, expanding access to high quality public charter education for underserved students.
Monge Capital Advisors structured a $38 million NMTC financing and arranged $19 million in debt financing to support the development of this critical education facility.
