Eric is a Manager of Capital Solutions with a decade-long track record in real estate finance and affordable housing. He has managed over $10 billion in real estate transactions in investment and community development banking and has successfully mobilized over $225 million in economic development initiatives. Before joining Monge Capital, Eric served as a director at HR&A Advisors, where he led large-scale economic development projects and inclusive growth strategies within the real estate advisory practice.

Eric began his career as an investment analyst in real estate finance at Prudential Financial, followed by a role at JPMorgan. In 2019, he transitioned to focus on community development banking, leveraging his financial acumen to foster sustainable growth and reduce economic disparities. He graduated from Amherst College with a double major in Economics and Black Studies.
