Nathaniel Paul is a private equity, real estate, and investment banking executive with 20+ years of applicable experience. He has completed over $5.0 billion of debt & equity-related real estate transactions spanning multiple product types throughout the United States.

He is also a Principal at Stillwater Partners, a real estate investment and advisory firm targeting value-add investments in the Eastern US with a focus on urban infill assets. Previously, he served as the Director of Acquisitions at Allegiance Realty Corporation in Charlotte, NC. At Allegiance he was responsible for sourcing, structuring, and negotiating real estate investment transactions for the company’s account as well as developing and maintaining new joint venture partner relationships. He was also a member of the firm’s Investment Committee.

He has also held roles at several distinguished firms including Broad Street Advisors and Kennedy-Wilson.

Nathaniel holds a B.S. in Economics from The Wharton School at The University of Pennsylvania. He currently serves on the Board of One Tough Cookie Inc., a 501 (c)(3) nonprofit that provides support to those currently undergoing cancer treatment and their caregivers.
