Victor Amoo is a Senior Advisor at Monge Capital. Victor is a real estate debt and capital markets investment professional with extensive experience structuring, originating, and managing complex commercial real estate credit strategies. He has deep expertise across senior and subordinated financing, working at the intersection of institutional capital and entrepreneurial sponsorship.

Prior to joining Monge Capital, Victor held senior roles at MetLife Investment Management and Basis Investment Group, where he led the origination, underwriting, and management of commercial real estate loans, including through the Emerging Developer Loan Fund in partnership with the New York City Economic Development Corporation. Earlier in his career, he worked in private equity at Island Capital and its affiliate C-III Capital Partners, and in structured finance at Banc of America Securities.

Victor is an active industry leader and has held leadership roles with the Urban Land Institute, Mortgage Bankers Association of New York, and the Commercial Real Estate Finance Council. He earned an A.B. in Economics from Harvard College and holds the Chartered Alternative Investment Analyst (CAIA) and Accredited Mortgage Professional (AMP) designations.
