Renovation of existing Federally Qualified Health Center as well as development of a new LEED Silver Certified expansion to provide critical primary health services to residents. Project also speaks to Food Desert needs by expansion their Farmers Market and Nutritional Counseling Program.

Increase of new patient encounters per year by over 24,600 while creating over 30 jobs.
