Alianza Triangle Building was developed as a $35 million, 48,000 square foot community facility located in New York City. The building serves as a shared space for nonprofit organizations, including a cultural center operated with Catholic Charities, a credit union, local community board offices, and the NYC District Attorney.
Monge Capital played a key role in the financing and development of the project, which created hundreds of jobs and expanded vital community services.
