Adaptive Re-Use Community Facility Development
The Boys & Girls Club of Mercer County expanded and modernized its existing facilities through a $10 million redevelopment effort. The 35,000 square foot project included the addition of a gym, STEM and technology centers, a café, and classrooms.
Monge Capital supported the NMTC financing structure that enabled increased programming and access for local youth.
