Carmen Schools South Campus
Carmen Schools of Science and Technology, Inc. is developing a $61.4 million, 120,000 square foot educational facility in Milwaukee, WI. The new campus will include classrooms, a gymnasium, a STEAM lab, and an on site athletic field, expanding access to high quality public charter education for underserved students.
Monge Capital Advisors structured a $38 million NMTC financing and arranged $19 million in debt financing to support the development of this critical education facility.
Estimated Economic and Social Impact
Supports 85 permanent jobs and 140 construction jobs. Serving over 1,000 students with high quality education.
