Acquisition and development of a 14.5K SF Early Head Start Child Development Center and the acquisition of CHS’s 51K SF headquarters in Trenton, NJ. The center will provide high-quality early childhood education and childcare for infants, toddlers, and preschoolers and comprehensive family support services for expecting mothers.

Retention of 78 jobs and creation of 37 permanent jobs. Reduces long term operating costs for organization and expands service level to over 530 infants, toddlers, preschoolers, and expecting mothers.
