Federally Qualified Health Center
This $12.2 million investment supports CHN, a Federally Qualified Health Center, in relocating its displaced Lower East Side health center to a new 13,100 square foot facility and acquiring and improving its Long Island City site. The project expands access to critical healthcare services for low-income and underserved residents of the Lower East Side and Long Island City.
Monge Capital arranged financing to stabilize CHN’s long-term presence in both communities and advance health equity.
Estimated Economic and Social Impact
Creation and retention of 50 construction jobs, 98 permanent jobs, and healthcare services.
