CHN, an FQHC, will relocate their displaced health center in the Lower Eastside to a new site in LES; CHN will also acquire and improve their Long Island City site to stabilize its presence in the community. CHN fought to maintain and effectively provide critical services to low-income persons in LES and LIC.
