This $7.7 million project involved the acquisition and renovation of a 5,000 square foot space in New York City to create the Center for Wellbeing & Happiness, operated by the Lower Eastside Girls Club. The initiative enabled the club to serve more than 1,500 individuals, including 500 seniors, in a safe, inclusive, and empowering environment. Monge Capital provided acquisition, underwriting and financing support intergrating space into existing facility.
