Development of a new, two-story extension Federally Qualified Health Center providing services in routine primary care, mammography, optometry, podiatry, nutritional counseling, and mental health services. Upon completed, the Article 28 facility will be fully integrated into UHP’s clinical structure having the potential for 18,000 outpatient visits per year.
