Catalytic P3, Historic Redevelopment and Adaptive Re-use
Audible’s global headquarters, known as the Innovation Cathedral, involved the adaptive reuse of a historic church building in Newark into a high-tech corporate hub. The $67.1 million, 75,000 square foot transformation was financed through NMTC, state, and city programs.
Monge Capital played a leading role in this catalytic project, which anchored Audible’s commitment to Newark and furthered the city’s transit-oriented development goals.
Estimated Economic and Social Impact
Approximately 1,000 job impact plus expansion of local student support programs.
