La CASA is a $32 million, 26,000 square foot “IBA” center developed by Inquilinos Boricua en Accion in Boston. The facility centralizes operations and expands capacity for arts, youth, education, and empowerment programs.
Monge Capital structured and secured NMTC and bond financing to support Latino-led nonprofit in advancing equitable community development.
Estimated Economic and Social Impact
Increase services (financial empowerment, youth development, arts, and resident services) by 9,000 people and over 21,000 encounters.
