Maya Cinemas Bakersfield 16 is a $27.5 million development of a first-run multiplex theater designed to serve underserved Latino communities. Spanning over 96,000 square feet, the project was financed through NMTCs and city support.
Monge Capital supported the financing and development of this Hispanic-owned cinema, promoting cultural inclusion and economic growth.
