The Cooperman Center will be the preeminent home for free or low-cost after-school and summer arts programs, professional development for educators, and the creation of new performance work, while supporting local, emerging performing arts organizations. Ultimately, by 2027, the over $330 million NJPAC District will become an arts-infused neighborhood filled with 350 residential units, restaurants, stores, and cultural venues in collaboration with L+M Development Partners LLC.
