The People’s Bank Building project involved a $22.9 million historic redevelopment in downtown Passaic. Spanning over 105,000 square feet, the building now houses the Passaic Board of Education, Blink Fitness, and community-serving retail.
Monge Capital arranged NMTC and HTC enhanced capital stack to bring new life to this long-vacant property.
Estimated Economic and Social Impact
Approximately 200 jobs and 200 construction jobs.
