With an estimated cost of $125 million, the 82,000 square foot museum serves as a vibrant hub for exhibitions, public programs, and educational outreach.
Monge Capital helped secure New Markets Tax Credit financing and played a strategic role in advancing a project that has significantly expanded cultural access and economic opportunity in Harlem.

40 jobs created, 200 construction jobs, 30 internships and serving over 200,000 visitors and participants annually
