The Hip Hop Museum is a $61.8 million, 57,000 square foot educational and cultural institution in the Bronx, NY, serving as the anchor of Bronx Point, a transformative 585,000 square foot mixed use development with 542 affordable housing units. Dedicated to preserving and celebrating the history of Hip Hop, the museum will feature immersive exhibitions, educational programs, and community engagement experiences. Monge Capital structured an $8.5 million NMTC investment and $49 million bridge loan backed by federal, state, and city capital grants to support the development of this landmark cultural institution.
