Plaza Del Sol is a Federally Qualified Health Center located in Corona, NY that underwent a $14.1 million expansion and renovation. The project added 8,900 square feet and expanded medical capacity by approximately 20,000 annual patient visits.
Monge Capital structured NMTC financing to support greater access to healthcare in a growing and underserved immigrant community.
Estimated Economic and Social Impact
Increase in the total number of patient visits by 20,000 annually. Creation of 18 permanent jobs and 30 construction jobs.
