WE ACT’s $5.66 million development included the creation of the Urban Environmental Justice Center and the organization’s headquarters in Harlem. The 7,819 square foot space advances environmental education and policy advocacy for communities of color.
Monge Capital arranged NMTC financing to support a permanent home for this leading environmental justice organization.
Estimated Economic and Social Impact
Creation of 30 construction jobs and 44 permanent jobs. Serving 1,000 unique individuals and accommodate 3,500 participant visits.
