Community Facility & HQ for Environmental Nonprofit
Creation of a 7K SF foot Urban Environmental Justice Center in Harlem, NY and relocation of the WE ACT Headquarters (WE ACT HQ) to further New York State’s initiative to support community-based efforts to educate urban residents about issues of environment justice, health, advocacy and community organizing.
Estimated Economic and Social Impact
Creation of 30 construction jobs and 44 permanent jobs. Serving 1,000 unique individuals and accommodate 3,500 participant visits.
